Pressbooks would be a great tool for you to collect your interactive content like H5P and display this alongside your text, audio, and video as a single cohesive resource. What we like about the tool is the ease of publishing and how we can share the same OER in multiple formats. Take a look at a few language books created on Pressbooks:
