Greetings all, excited to see this group come together, love seeing lots of familiar names here already.
I’m wrapping up a doctorate in educational policy and planning that is focused on open education. My BA and MA are in human geography, specifically urban and cultural geography, studying topics like public housing, gentrification, and museums through critical and spatial theory.
I’ve been working across K-12 and higher ed contexts in open education in Virginia, and looking for ways to design a collaborative OER development pilot with the VDOE to roll out in the summer. Hoping REBUS might be a way for teacher teams spread across the state to collaborate.
Definitely looking forward to learning more!
