Y’all - I think we are supposed to meet for 4 - but I set the meeting for 5 in error - and never noticed. It has been that kind of weekend. I have it open now.
In today’s meeting, we agreed that we would keep sections 1.1, 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 from chapter 1 of the business calculus book. We opened a shared copy of the word doc for the book, and found that we could all edit/comment in real time.
We agreed that for next week, we would deep dive through 1.1 and 1.4 and decide what we would like to keep and discard in those sections. Each of us will use the comment function to annotate the word doc and then together we will edit/delete/change next Monday.,

@rbroussard3 Hi Renae, this Word document appears to have been converted from PDF, as I noticed much of the formatting is different or entirely missing. I was never able to find a Word version of the Business Precalculus book. It’s strange because Lippman has a whole website devoted to the Math in Society title, with PDFs, Word documents, and all kinds of other resources. I may have to use dual monitors and put the PDF version on one screen while I make comments on the Word doc.
