OE in underserved languages - supplementary learning materials

I am seeking organizers and creators involved in developing open access supplementary learning materials for kids in languages that do not have large corpora of materials available. I would like to interview to learn more about their project. Would also like to explore further ideas for collaboration, depending on the needs and interests of the collaborators. TIA
