Brian Sherman from LSU Shreveport, Dean of the Library and all around fun librarian, who is the librarian leader in the Microeconomics cohort. I’m hoping our group creates/ adapts a dynamic text that appeals to undergrads in a context they enjoy and is highly interactive.

My name is Kevin McQueeney, and I am a member of the Western Civ cohort. I am an Assistant Professor of History at Nicholls State University. My vision for the project is adapt existing OER course material–including an OER textbook–to create a Western Civ course that best meets the needs of dual enrollment students in Louisiana. I also would like to address issues of diversity and inclusion in the course content.

Hi everyone. I’m Connie Milton and I am a librarian at SOWELA Technical Community College in Lake Charles. I have only been working in an academic library since the end of August, so all of this is very new for me and it will definitely be a learning experience. I am part of the Western Civ cohort and I will be serving as the librarian leader. I do have an M.A. in history so I might be able to contribute there as well. I hope we can create an OER that will be useful to all of our students.
