Hello! I just got a failure notice when trying to accept a new team member on an activity. !
An update on this: notices that new members have been added are being distributed. However, we continue to get the failure notice posted above, and the membership changes are not reflected on the team roster.
@michelle.reed Uh-oh, this isn’t ideal. Thanks for reporting this. Our developer should be able to look into this first thing next week (they’re currently on vacation) and resolve asap! Sorry for the trouble.
@michelle.reed We have an update for you: our next release contains a bug fix for this issue, and we expect it to go out soon! In the meanwhile however, you can employ this temporary solution: delete the participants from the moderation queue and then add them to the team. You should be able to search for the user(s) and add them to the activity in question. Hope this helps, and thanks once again for your patience.
