Author showing on each chapter page

@apuva Hello! I just noticed that the author for each chapter is showing just under the chapter title in the webbook. I am nearly certain this wasn’t showing previously and I would prefer it not show (original authors are credited in the preface and the attributions at the bottom of each chapter). Please let me know if my memory is mistaken, and what you would suggest to resolve.

@dave.dillon Hi Dave! Thanks for pointing out this change in behaviour. I’ve taken a look at the book, and adjusted the custom CSS accordingly. Please take a look and let me know if all looks well on your end! If so, I’ll carry this change over to the other two books.
